Product Innovation
The diversity of fiberglass makes it possible to manufacture products of almost any shape and size. It also allows for Astral to manufacture products in a multitude of strengths, chemical resistances, media depths and with a variety of accessories.

Manufacturing
The filament winding process allows Astral to design non-corrosive pressure vessels that are capable of operating at pressures up to 100 psi. Implementation of various techniques during the manufacturing process provides high structural integrity and reliability.

Engineering
Astral uses the latest technology to assist in the design process for every product. All pressure vessels are designed in accordance with the ASME code for fiber - reinforced pressure vessels and are NSF listed. Our engineering staff works closely with our customers to ensure that we meet their needs and the specific demands of the market.

Quality Control
All product designs are subjected to rigorous quality control procedures prior to their introduction to the market. Pressure vessels are tested with 20,000 cycles from 0 psi to the working pressure of the vessel to ensure a lifetime of performance. All Astral products are designed for safety, reliability, serviceability, corrosion resistance and affordability.
